Regulations on the benefits of tuition fees for admission to the IntUIT

1. General terms:

1.1. The main purpose of this regulation is to establish benefits for tuition to certain categories of applicants for admission to the international University of innovative technologies (hereinafter the University).

1.2. The University establishes the following categories of students, which are provided with benefits in payment for training:

I category  Full-time students who have completed the academic year in all disciplines only with " excellent»;

II category Civil servants, persons held military service on call, participants of military operations, veterans of military operations, veterans of military service.

III category- Students who lost their breadwinner, orphans, disabled I and II groups;

IV category - Staff members of the University and their next of kin;

V category - Students, undergraduates and postgraduates regularly representing the University at the competitions of city, national, interregional and international level.

VI category- Applicants who have passed the GRT for the high score.

II. The amount and conditions for the granting

   Provide for benefits of the I category of students

 For academic success and active participation in research, cultural, sports and social work, students receive a benefit of up to 50% of the total cost of education for the next academic year.

 The right to receive benefits have full-time University students who have the results of the previous academic year only excellent grades in all disciplines, as well as not having academic debt.

Winners of Olympiads, scientific competitions, grants can receive a benefit of up to 30% of the total cost of training for the next academic year, provided excellent or good performance in all academic disciplines.

Benefits for excellent study are available to students only after the first year of study.

   Provide for benefits of the II category of students

Students from the number of persons who passed military service on call, participants of military operations, veterans of military operations, veterans of military service have the opportunity to receive a benefit of up to 10% of the total cost of training for the academic year.

 

Civil servants have the opportunity to receive a benefit of up to 10% of the total cost of education for the academic year. The benefit is granted once for the entire period of study (only in the second year).

Persons who have completed military service on conscription are granted a tuition exemption for one academic year if they enter the University not later than one year after the end of military service.

Provide for benefits of the III category of students

Students with serious financial problems that call into question the continuation of their studies at the University may be granted a benefit of up to 50% of the total tuition fee for the full academic year.

Grounds for providing benefits in payment for the training of this category of students:

-disability (group I, II)

- lost of a breadwinner during the period of study at the University.

Provide for benefits of the IV category of students

Employees of the University, as well as their next of kin are entitled to receive benefits in payment for tuition at the University in any chosen specialty (direction) and form.

The amount of benefits provided in tuition fees is determined depending on the degree of kinship and is regulated in the following order:

employees - up to 50 %;  children and spouses - up to 50 %.

These benefits apply only to full-time employees and subject to a minimum of two years ' work experience at the University.

Benefits are established by the meeting of the Grant Commission on the personal application of the employee submitted to the rector of the University.

An employee who quit his job at the University loses the right to receive benefits while continuing education.

Provide for benefits of the V category of students

Students, undergraduates and postgraduates regularly representing IntUIT at competitions of city and higher level have the right to receive benefits in tuition fees at the University from 5% to 30% of the total cost of education for the academic year.

To provide benefits, you must meet the following conditions:

Regular improvement of sportsmanship;

Prize-winning places in official competitions during the academic year;

To participate in the competition on behalf of the IntUIT;

Taking care of your health (giving up bad habits, maintaining a healthy lifestyle);

Absence of academic and financial debts.

Provide for benefits of the VI category of students

Entrants who scored the number of points of the General Republican testing (GRT) 110 and above are granted benefits up to 100%.

III. The type and amount of benefits

Categories of persons who are granted tuition benefit: 

 Students who have completed 1 course of study with "excellent" in all disciplines-50%;

 Students - civil servants, persons who passed military service on call, participants of military operations, veterans of military operations, veterans of military service-10%;

 Students who applied for health reasons, in the presence of disability -30%;

 Orphan students-50%;

Students-half-orphans-25%;

Students working at the University - 50%;

 Students, the closest relatives of employees-50%, and also at training from one family in UK IITU of two and more children-15% for each student;

 Students - volunteers UK IITU (conductive proforient. work) - from 5 %;

 Students who distinguished themselves in sports and won prizes at the Universiade:

 Place-50%; (benefit up to 50%)

 Place -25%;

 Place -15%.

 Students with GRT scores of 110 and above: (by decision of the IntUIT Academic Council))

 benefits for applicants with 110 to 124 points-10%;

 benefits for applicants with 125 to 149 points-25%;

 benefits for applicants with 150 to 179 points-50%;

 benefits for applicants with more than 180 points-100%.

 Note: other categories of benefits are considered by the grant Commission at the beginning of the academic year (until September 15).

IV. The procedure to provide for benefits

4.1. Benefits are provided on the basis of the decision of the meeting of the grant Commission on benefits, formed by the order of the rector of the University if funding is available.

4.2. The meeting of the grant Commission is held twice in the academic year-at the beginning of the academic year

4.3. Applications for benefits are made by the rector of the University.

 V. The documents required to provide for benefits

5.1. Students whose performance is outstanding

Characteristics, the petition of the head of the Department;

Copy of report card.

 5.2. Students - State employees, those performing military service as conscripts, combatants, combat veterans, veterans of military service

Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits

Certificate of military service and participation in hostilities;

5.3. Students from large families, left without one of a parents:

Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits

Passport or birth certificate (copy);

Death certificate of one of the parents (copy);

Copies of birth certificates of children;

Certificate from the place of residence and family composition;

 Students - orphans, left without parental care of both parents:Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits

Passport or birth certificate (copy);

Parents ' death certificate (copy), notarized;

Certificate from the place of residence and family composition

The court's decision

Students – persons with limited possibilities of health:

Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits

The conclusion of the medical Commission about incapacity for work for this year (copy);

Pension certificate (copy)

5.4. Students-full-time employees:

Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits;

A copy of the employment record, certified by the inspector of the personnel Department;

Students, next-of-kin of an employee of the University:

Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits;

Passport

Birth certificate

Parents ' passports

Certificate from the personnel Department confirming the work experience of a parent who works at the University

 5.5. Students athletes who took prizes:

 Applications addressed to the rector to provide of benefits;

Petition of the head of the Department "Physical culture, recreation and sport" of the University;

A copy of the report card;

Certificates and other copies of documents confirming the existing regalia
